
We like to think “moderation is key”…but not in the beginning! Yea a cheat day is okay..No you should not beat yourself up for eating…but food is an addiction…To form a healthy relationship, you must first get rid of the unhealthy one…and the best way to do that is to say no and PROVE TO YOURSELF that you don’t need it.
