To my Followers on Day #113

I’m sorry I have let you down.

I have given up again and now…I’ve spent the entire day THINKING about going to the gym and I haven’t.  I’ve fallen ALL the way back to that place of body hatred and I feel like I’m stuck.

Why bother getting back with it now?  I’m not going to reach my birthday goal?

Why work hard now? I’m not going to be bathing suit ready for the summer?

There just doesn’t seem to be a point.  When I’m not at school or at work I’m with my boyfriend..which means I’m out of town…Away from my gym.

I sleep all the time..I eat whatever..

I’m in this cycle of just hating myself…and I can’t seem to take that next step..

What’s the point?
